Positive ID Labelling have grown from a single Mark Andy printing press 15 years ago to a mix of flexo and digital presses, plain label converters and finishers. A key part of our business is plain label conversion ranging from orders as small as 10,000 up to orders in excess of 3 million labels per month.

We now use three Daco Solutions converters including the PLD350M Semi-Automatic Turret Rewinder, a PLR250 Semi Automatic Turret Rewinder and a DTD250 Rotary Die Cutter so can process massive quantities with speed and ease.

Our SR410 and DT250 Slitter Rewinders have been equally reliable with un-broken performance, the latter having processed over one billion metres of label gun labels (yes, billion!).

As far as investment decisions go, Daco Solutions make that easy. They provide what I consider to be the most reliable and robust equipment available in the industry. Maintenance requirements are minimal and break-downs are virtually unheard of. The equipment uses common controls across their range meaning staff training can be accomplished across all of our Daco machines in a matter of minutes, not days.
