I want to thank you and all of the people at Daco for what has turned out to be an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.  The DTR-330 inspection rewind unit and the custom built DL- 330 Laminator worked nearly flawless straight out of the crate.  What made our experience particularly pleasing was the level headed, straight forward engineering that you provided.  Other manufacturers we tried to work with over-engineered and failed to listen to our needs.  You provided understandable CAD drawings during various stages of the project and teleconferenced when drawings just wouldn’t do.  When you thought of an improvement would be in our best interest you offered it and advised us of the cost impact.  You should be aware that our maintenance department was particularly pleased with the quality of construction – no sloppy wiring or flimsy mechanical construction.

Our Daco equipment is an integral part of our digital label program and will continue to be well into the future.
